Auditorium at Government Girls High School, Dhong

Located close to Adhi Field, Government Girls High School (GGHS), Dhong has periodically received PPL’s support. During 1994 and 1995, the company constructed classrooms and later provided books for the school.

In 2009, the school management and local area councillor requested PPL to build a multipurpose hall as GGHS, lacked a facility to cater to large gatherings. The company constructed an auditorium hall with a covered area of over 1,700 sq. ft to accommodate about 120 people. 

The auditorium was handed over to the school management through the local Education Department in April 2010.The facility is currently being used for school events and as an examination and computer centre.
