Bitro Gas Field

Bitro prospect is located in Latif Block. The exploratory well Bitro-1 was spud in October 2019 and the discovery was announced in November 2019. Production from the well commenced in December 2019 through Sawan Processing Plant as part of the Early Well Testing. The well ceased to flow in August 2021 and is currently shut-in for further evaluation.
